To insure that you and other guests have a pleasant vacation we ask that you follow our house policies
SMOKING
To protect and enhance air quality and to contribute to the health and well-being of our guests, Grecian Gardens is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms, balconies, sundecks, pool areas, or any other common areas. $250 Smoking fine
AGE RESTRICTION
Minimum Check-In age of 25 years. All members of the party must be 25 years of age or older, unless unless accompanied by the parents.
PETS
Sorry, no pets. For a list of pet friendly hotels please call the Greater Wildwood Hotel and Motel Association at 609-522-4546
ARRIVAL
Check-In for your arrival is 4:00 p.m. (Absolutely No Early Check-In), Check-Out is 10:00 a.m. No Exceptions. Reservations are held until 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise notified of delay.
TO KEEP THE PEACE
Courtesy hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No loud music outside of the room, no music during courtesy hours.
PARKING
One parking space per unit, regardless of total occupancy. Vehicle must park between the parking lines and display parking permit facing out at all times. Management reserves the right to designate parking spaces
MISREPRESENTATION
Misrepresentation on the reservation will result in cancellation without refund of money or accommodations. Only the number of guests shown above will be permitted. An additional $40 per night, plus taxes, will be charged for each additional guest.
VISITORS
All Guests and Visitors must show identification and must register at the front desk and pay all fees.
REFUNDS
No refunds for any reason, e.g., early Check-Out, Poor Weather, No-Shows, or if you are asked to leave due to Inappropriate Behavior
CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of the first night plus taxes is due after booking to secure the room. Deposits are refundable if the office is notified 30 days in advance, 25% service charge on all refunds, and all returned checks subject to an additional $25 Service Charge. Deposits are not transferable to future reservations.
